Logo Final

When I think of fitness in general, the first think that comes to mind are goals. Whether you are in the gym, running outside or swimming at a local pool, you are experiencing some kind of exercise. Everyone exercises or works out for a certain reason. Whether that reason is to lose weight, gain muscle, become faster, feel better or just have fun. Those are just a few examples; you can have your own personal goals of whatever it is you want to achieve when you are exercising. Each person is different with different mind sets, lifestyles and even bodies. It would be impossible for every single person to follow the same diet, routine and work outs. It just wouldn’t be possible, this is why when you decide to perform any kind of workout, you have to figure out what is best for you.

Next time you go to work out or just go for a short run, think about what it is you are trying to accomplish. Are you trying to lose or gain a certain amount of weight or just go out and have fun? Set goals and standards for yourself and your health that you believe are possible to accomplish.

The idea behind my logo comes from everyone having their own body. Health goes along with exercise and if you are taking care of your body, you have your own way of doing it which goes along with having your own form of health standards to live by. The thought bubble is shown to encourage you to truly give this all a thought. The words “my health” are written out to encourage you to give your health a thought. What is it that you should be doing to maintain or enhance a healthy living lifestyle for your body?

For my final logo, I took away the outline of the thought bubble. I also changed the color and font of the words.

Fitness is something I love to take part in for my health and my mind. I chose this as my topic as it is something I love and care about. I figured using fitness as my topic gives other people a chance to relate as it may just be something that others are interested in as well. If not already, then something that some may want to get interested in. Use these photos as motivation for yourself if you choose. If you already go to the gym and eat right, let it me a reminder to keep it up. If you don’t already, then maybe look at it as motivation to start!

It is the beginning of a new year and I know a lot of people are itching for that new year new me feeling which usually consists of some kind of new, consistent health factor. Whether that is being and staying active, eating and staying eating healthy or both! I’m here to cover it all. I plan to take motivating photos, vlog motivating videos, and hope to encourage others to have fun with fitness!

Not only do I want all of you viewers to grow individually, but I want to grow with you. I’m here to learn some new things myself through all of this with the help of research and encouragement all over.

Projects regarding my fun and fit blog may consist of work out activity or grocery shopping videos. As I said I would like to grow in all aspects of my own health on this journey. I will be keeping to some of the same routines as well as trying new things out for myself and for anyone following along who wants to try. Here are a few photos to start off with!

Why Fitness?

I haven chosen fitness as my blog topic for a few different reasons. For starters, it’s something I love. I could choose anything I want so naturally, why not choose something I love and care about? I figured it might just be something that other people are interested in as well. If not already, then something that some may want to get interested in.
